These terms apply when you use rosafinejewelry.com or buy from Rosa Fine Jewelry, whether online, by message, at our showroom or at an event. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Our products
We work with natural and lab-grown diamonds and gemstones, set in solid 9K, 10K, 14K or 18K gold or platinum. Each listing states exactly whether its stones are natural or lab-grown. Every piece comes with our certificate of authenticity, and selected diamonds include an IGI report.
We photograph our pieces as accurately as possible, but colour may vary slightly depending on your screen. Weights and measurements are approximate. Natural stones are unique, so small variations from the photos are part of their character.
Prices
All prices are in Philippine pesos. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you pay. If a piece is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you before processing your order.
Availability
Most of our on-hand pieces are one of a kind or in limited quantity. An order is confirmed only once payment is received. If a piece becomes unavailable, we'll let you know and offer an alternative or a full refund of your payment.
Payment
- On-hand pieces must be paid in full before delivery or release.
- Bespoke and custom pieces can be paid in full, 50% upon confirmation and 50% before release, or 30% upon confirmation, 30% upon CAD approval and 40% before release.
- We accept bank transfer (InstaPay and PESONet). Cash and check payments are arranged by message. Orders paid by check are released once the check has cleared.
- We do not offer credit card instalment plans.
Bespoke and custom orders
Custom work begins once your quotation is approved and your downpayment is received. We'll share a CAD design for your approval before production. Downpayments for bespoke pieces are non-refundable once the CAD has been approved or production has started, because each piece is made specifically for you. Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the design and stone sourcing.
Delivery
On-hand pieces are usually dispatched within one to two business days of full payment. Delivery within Metro Manila and nationwide shipping fees depend on your location and are confirmed at checkout or by our team. Risk passes to you once your order is delivered. Please check your piece upon receipt and let us know of any issue immediately.
Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Manufacturing defects must be reported to us immediately upon receipt. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Warranty and care
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our pieces. If a defect in workmanship appears under normal wear, contact us and we'll assess and repair it. Our care covers manufacturing defects, not damage from wear and tear, accidents, misuse, loss or alterations made elsewhere. Lost stones are not replaced free of charge; a replacement stone and setting will be charged. See Jewelry Care and Repair Services.
Intellectual property
All designs, photos, text and branding on this website belong to Rosa Fine Jewelry and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Rosa Fine Jewelry is registered with the SEC and DTI.
