Fine jewelry is made to be worn, and sometimes it needs a little care along the way. We look after every Rosa piece long after you take it home.
Our services
- Resizing. Available as a paid service, quoted based on your ring and how much the size changes. Some designs, such as full eternity bands, can only be resized within a limited range or may need to be remade; we'll let you know before we begin.
- Resetting and stone tightening. We check prongs and settings and secure any loose stones.
- Stone replacement. Lost stones cannot be replaced free of charge. We can source and set a new stone, charged at the cost of the stone plus setting.
- Professional cleaning and polishing. Restores the shine to your gold and the brilliance of your stones.
- Engraving. Complimentary on all bespoke pieces from House of Rosa. For on-hand Rosa pieces, engraving is available as a paid service. Add initials, a date or a short message.
Pricing
Resizing, cleaning, polishing, resetting and engraving on on-hand pieces are charged for labour, usually between ₱1,000 and ₱2,000 depending on the work. Any added gold or replacement stones are quoted separately. We'll always confirm the price with you before starting.
Turnaround
Most services take 5 to 10 working days. More complex work may take longer, and we'll give you a timeline when we assess your piece.
How it works
- Message us at hello@rosafinejewelry.com or on Viber or WhatsApp at +63 976 670 7142 and tell us what your piece needs.
- Drop it off by appointment at our Ortigas showroom, or we can arrange a pick-up within Metro Manila (₱500 for pick-up and return).
- We'll assess the piece, confirm the work and price, then get started once you approve.
