Everything you might want to know before, during, and after your Rosa piece comes home.
Where are your pieces made?
Every Rosa piece is handcrafted by master jewelers in Hong Kong whose technique has been refined across generations. Each piece is polished and finished by hand, then inspected by our team before it ships to you.
What makes your jewelry special?
Quality you can feel, and quality you can verify. We work in solid 14k and 18k gold — never plated — paired with natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, or coloured gemstones. Each diamond ships with independent certification, and each piece is finished by hand. Our pricing is open from the start, never inflated. What you get is jewelry built to outlast the trends around it.
Can I request certification for my piece?
Yes. Every diamond piece comes with an independent grading certificate from IGI or GIA, depending on which is available for your stone. For custom orders, you can request a specific lab at the design stage.
If a stone needs to be sent to a testing center, it can extend production beyond our usual 2–3 weeks. We’ll let you know upfront so you can plan around it.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on whether your piece is in stock or made to order.
- In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days of your order.
- Made-to-order pieces take 2–3 weeks to produce, plus standard shipping time. Holidays can extend this slightly, and we’ll always flag it if your timeline is affected.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but it’s coming. We currently ship only within the Philippines — going global is on our roadmap.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package from our workshop to your door.

What if my package is lost?
Email hello@rosafinejewelry.com as soon as you suspect something has gone wrong. We’ll investigate with the courier and work to resolve it.
We don’t currently offer shipping insurance, so the sooner we hear from you, the more we can do.
Do you offer exchanges?
We no longer offer exchanges. Every Rosa piece is handcrafted to order, so we want you to feel certain before you commit.

Can I return my piece for a refund?
All sales are final. Because every piece is made to order, we don’t offer refunds.
We’d much rather help you get it right the first time. Please reach out with any questions before you place your order — we’ll spend the time.
What if my piece has a manufacturing defect?
If you notice a manufacturing defect, let us know within 30 days of receiving your piece. Email hello@rosafinejewelry.com with photos and a description, and we’ll investigate.
Each case is handled individually. The sooner you tell us about anything that doesn’t feel right, the more we can do to make it right.
Do you offer insurance for my piece?
Not at the moment. We don’t currently offer shipping or piece insurance.
If something happens in transit or after delivery, please reach out to us right away — we’ll do what we can to help, but we want to be upfront that formal coverage isn’t yet part of what we offer.
