What is your exchange policy?

We want you to love your Rosa piece! If it’s not quite right, we allow exchanges for unworn items within 7 business days of delivery. Simply choose your new piece and pay any price difference at checkout.

Please Note:

  • Exchanges are subject to evaluation upon return. If the item is damaged, clearly worn, or not in its original condition, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • Custom orders, engraved pieces, resized items, and archive pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Can I return my item for a refund?

We don’t currently offer refunds—but we’re happy to help you exchange for another piece that better suits you! Get in touch with us here.

What about partial exchanges or sets?

For items sold as sets (like pendant necklaces with chains), exchanges must include the full set. Partial exchanges are not accepted.

When will I receive my exchanged item?

Once we’ve received and evaluated your original piece, your new item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

How long does shipping take?

  • In-stock items: Ship within 1-3 business days after purchase.
  • Made-to-order items: Ship within 15-20 business days, plus standard shipping time. These pieces are handcrafted just for you, so they’re worth the wait!

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet—but we’re working on it! For now, we only ship within the Philippines, but stay tuned—Rosa Fine Jewelry is going global soon.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to you.

Can I request a certification for my jewelry?

For custom orders, we offer certifications for certain pieces upon request:

  • For larger diamonds (e.g., 1 carat or more), we can provide a GIA Certificate.
  • For smaller diamonds or single stones, we can provide a GRC Certificate.

Please note: If a certificate is needed, the product must be sent to the testing center, as the certificate cannot be issued without inspecting the item first, which may take longer than our usual 15-20 days for made to order items.
