Shipping policy
We deliver within Metro Manila and nationwide across the Philippines, and you can also pick up your order for free at our office.
Delivery fees
- Metro Manila: ₱250, usually the same or next business day
- Luzon (outside Metro Manila): ₱450, 2 to 4 business days
- Visayas: ₱550, 3 to 5 business days
- Mindanao: ₱650, 3 to 7 business days
- Office pickup: free
Delivery times are estimates and may vary for remote areas.
Free pickup
Our office in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Choose pickup at checkout and we'll send you the full address once your order is confirmed. Please bring a valid ID and your order number.
On-hand pieces
On-hand pieces are dispatched once payment is received in full, usually within one to two business days.
Bespoke and custom pieces
Custom pieces are delivered or released for pickup once production is complete and the balance is paid. We'll confirm your timeline when your order is placed.
International orders
We don't ship internationally through our online checkout yet. If you're based outside the Philippines, message us and we'll work out the best way to get your piece to you.
Receiving your order
Please check your piece as soon as it arrives. If anything is wrong, let us know immediately at hello@rosafinejewelry.com or on Viber or WhatsApp at +63 976 670 7142. Risk passes to you once your order is delivered or picked up.
